The spacious suite with a full-size sleeper sofa ensured everyone had a great night's sleep before exploring the fun area attractions. the serene waterside location was close to popular attractions like Adventureland Park and the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with period-furnished rooms and themed exhibits, blending history with modern amenities. the free, hot breakfast featuring signature waffles was a delicious start to each day. the friendly greeting and fresh, welcoming room made us feel right at home. The location was perfect for a family getaway in the Greater Des Moines area, with easy access to dining options and shopping centers like the District at Prairie Trail. the attentive staff ensured a clean and updated room, meeting our expectations for a relaxing stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Country Inn & Suites and would highly recommend it for a peaceful retreat in Ankeny.
